Lead the first store
Store Leader – Café Operations & Coffee
₹25,000–₹30,000 monthly fixed pay
Manage daily café operations, service standards and assigned employee duties. Maintain operational readiness and beverage quality; oversee inventory, wastage and stock availability; review sales, POS reports, reconciliation records and operational exceptions. Follow opening, closing, hygiene and safety procedures, handle escalated guest issues, and support employee training. Prepare coffee and tea beverages competently whenever operationally necessary.
Preferred experience: 2–3 years, including café operations or team management. This is primarily a café management position; practical coffee preparation skills and readiness to work behind the counter when needed are essential. Structured training in Bean & Botanica’s POS, SOPs, and opening and closing procedures will be provided.

Craft and step up
Barista – Shift Lead
₹18,000–₹21,000 monthly fixed pay
Prepare coffee and tea beverages to established recipes, maintaining espresso extraction, milk steaming and consistent quality. Supervise employees during assigned shifts, support guest service and resolve routine concerns. Follow POS, payment and cash-handling procedures; perform authorized opening and closing tasks; monitor ingredients, hygiene and equipment readiness, and report shortages, wastage and exceptions to the Store Leader.
Preferred experience: 1–2 years in a café or specialty coffee environment. Prior shift-supervision experience is an advantage. The Shift Lead manages assigned-shift execution; the Store Leader retains overall store-management accountability.

Make excellence possible
Café Assistant
₹15,000–₹17,000 monthly fixed pay
Assist with beverage preparation, customer order handling and service. Maintain counter cleanliness and hygiene, organize ingredients and supplies, support cleaning and daily operational tasks, and follow food-safety and workplace procedures. Learn Bean & Botanica’s beverage and service standards.
Experience: Freshers welcome. We value willingness to learn, reliability, teamwork and a helpful customer-service attitude.

At Bean & Botanica, we believe professional beverage preparation is a craft that develops through structured training, practical experience, and continuous improvement.
As we establish our first café and expand into additional locations, we aim to create opportunities for team members to progress from entry-level positions into experienced barista, shift leadership, and beverage training roles.
We also plan to explore collaborations with recognized barista training institutes and hospitality colleges to support graduate recruitment and future structured internship opportunities.
These programmes are currently in the planning stage and will be introduced as our operations develop.
