Lead the first store
Store Leader / Senior Barista
₹25,000–₹30,000 monthly fixed pay
Own the daily rhythm of Store #1: people, coffee quality, cash controls, inventory, service recovery and clear management reporting.

Craft and step up
Barista / Second-in-Command
₹15,000–₹18,000 monthly fixed pay
Deliver drinks to Bean & Botanica standards, create warm guest experiences and take charge of the shift when the Store Leader is away.

Café Assistant
₹10,000–₹12,000 monthly fixed pay
Keep the café clean, safe, stocked and welcoming while supporting service, basic preparation and disciplined daily checklists.

- Reliable attendance and honest checklist completion
- Comfort with cleaning, clearing and support work
- Attention to food safety and safe working practices
- Experience welcomed, but strong beginners may apply
